The Hotel dates back to the early 1890s and sits commandingly within its own grounds. The property is a detached stone built property, that has been tastefully renovated and extended by the current vendors. The main entrance of the Hotel is via a large traditional entrance from the front car park. The main entrance leads into a large period reception hallway. The hallway is well presented and tastefully decorated in keeping with the property. To the left of the hallway you will find the lounge bar. The lounge is well presented and is well furnished with wooden tables and high back chairs. The lounge benefits from having its own bar and also gives access to the function suite, offering a second bar area for weddings and large functions. To the right of the hallway you will find the public lounge bar. The public bar benefits from having its own entrance from the front of the building, along with access from the main hotel for residents. The public bar is a well presented spacious bar, catering for 30+ persons. The public bar is tastefully decorated and benefits from the usual bar entertainments of pool table, large screen TV and juke box. Also located on the ground floor and benefiting from its own entrance off the front of the property, you will find the function suite. The Function suite can accommodate up to 250 persons, offering an excellent venue for local functions and private occasions. The Function suite is well presented, tastefully decorated and well furnished with banquet chairs and tables. It also benefits from its own bar and facilities. Located on the first floor of the hotel, you will find the ‘Arches’ restaurant. The restaurant can seat 45 persons. Arches is well presented and tastefully decorated, offering an intimate dining area for both residents and non-residents. Ladies and Gents facilities and well located of the public areas on the ground and first floors. Letting bedrooms are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors.
