You enter through the original timber doors into the reception area, on this ground floor you have the restaurant area, bar, chefs stainless steel kitchen, laundry room, prep and store room, and also 2 double bed rooms one leading out to a private decked seating area. The 2nd floor has 5 double rooms and the 3rd has a further 4 double rooms and on the 4th floor is the area that is under construction for either more letting rooms or owners accommodation.
