The ground floor comprises of the main entrance and lobby with Room 11 which is a lounge/bedroom with en-suite bathroom which could be used as addition manager/owner’s accommodation, returning to the lobby there is a manager’s bedroom with en-suite, returning to the lobby area there is a stand alone w/c with a doorway leading down to a good-sized cellar. The lobby also gives access to the old dining room through to a galley kitchen and on to a laundry/utility room. The first floor comprises of Room 8 which is a single, Room 9 which is a small double (Rooms 8 and 9 have shared shower room and w/c facilities) then Room 10 which is a small double with en-suite, a small flight of stairs leads to a middle floor which comprises of a lobby leading to Room 7 a family en-suite, Room 5 a single with separate shower room, Room 6 which is a large family room with en-suite bathroom. A second flight of stairs leads to the second floor which leads to Room 4 which a twin en-suite room, Room 3 which is a large family room with en-suite, Room 2 a double/twin with en-suite and Room 1, a single room with en-suite.
