Visitor centre with café and gift shop – near Pitlochry

A largely open-plan interior offering a spacious retail area, large seating area, open plan modern state of the art commercial kitchen with long, accessible serving counter, staff toilets and storage room/dry store with large fridges/freezers. The building is served by single phase and newly- introduced 3 phase electricity. New heating has been installed with new wiring throughout. Killiecrankie is part of the Pitlochry Path Network in Perthshire and welcomes thousands of visitors every year starting and finishing their hikes, climbs and bike rides at the centre. The Visitor Centre’s location, close to numerous campsites, places of interest and historical markers, makes it a vital focal point for tourism and business.
