Take Away

The trading areas comprise of a single shop front constructed from aluminium which leads into the main serving area, this area being separated from the staff serving area by a fully stainless steel counter spanning the full width of the shop. To the RHS is the drinks chiller, to the left hand side is the rosti roaster for cooking the chickens. The front of the counter area is tiled and the floor is non slip. Beyond the staff serving area is a Henry Nuttall 3 pan fryer, aprox 25 years old but annually serviced and in immaculate condition. Behind the range is a griddle, bain-marie and another small prep area and 2 fridges. A corridor leads to another long prep room complete with sink and a fish keep plus another fridge. There is an external doorway at the end of the corridor to the rear yard. Beyond the corridor is a doorway into the main chipping room, With a wet-room floor and housing the chipper and rumbler. Access from here is also provided to the exterior rear garden. Beyond the wet-room is a potato store and additional storage for fridges and freezers. From the yard there is access to an outside storage shed and a garage with additional freezers.
