The shop floor you have the Full Fryer Range, double pizza rolling area, 6 fridges and the entrance to the public . There is also a hot pizza holding area and the double EPOS ordering station. On the first floor is the kitchen with full 6 range gas cooker/oven another 2 fridges, double sink and freezer preparation table.
