The Capon Tree Town House is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor you have the front foyer which leads to the Restaurant and the main bar area with excellent furniture and fixtures which is also repeated throughout all public areas. The bar can seat 70 customers, then the separate dining room which can seat a further 40 - this also gets used for private functions. This leads through to the main reception area where you have sets of public toilets located on the ground floor. The ground floor also has the laundry room, a large stainless-steel chefs’ kitchen with free standing fridges and freezers, dish washing area . On the first floor are 3 letting rooms all with en-suite facilities, tea and coffee facilities and flat screen TVs. and also the one bedroom owners apartment that has an open plan kitchen and lounge .
