Hotel and development

The Commercial Hotel has three customer entrances, one from the main road which leads into the lounge area, bar, reception area, kitchen, and customer toilet. Stairs leading to the first and second floors, where the four rental rooms and the one-bedroom owners' apartment are located. The second entrance is to the side where a public car park is located. This leads into the public bar with pool table, a darts area, public toilets. The third entrance leads to the new function room and the three additional letting rooms that are currently under construction. This allows the new owners the opportunity to contribute to the design and finishing details. Additionally, there is a private courtyard featuring ample storage spaces and a spacious, spotless cellar.
