The floors are onyx tiled. The shop benefits from a low level suspended ceiling with lighting. There is built in seating arranged in 2 lines against the windows, laid in a bar fashion overlooking the street. The takeaway area is separated by the full length counter, finished in wood with a laminated work surface. There are 2 serving points in this area. Directly above the counter is the main service menu, suspended from the ceiling and fully illuminated. All equipment is annually serviced and is in “as new condition” This area to the rear leads on to the next preparation area and holds a 4x bain marie unit, plenty of fridges and freezers; all high-spec commercial equipment and fully commercial preparation areas, beyond this area is the final prep and store area, again offering more fridges and a walk in freezer.
